Banglalink Job - Cash Management Junior/ Associate Executive

Job Description / Responsibility

• Responsible for BL Customer Care Centers collection and coordinate with respective care center time to time
• Cash Balance verification and reconciliation of customer care centers
• Local and IR bill collection reporting and reconciliation
• Coordination with different BL sales channels and related banks to facilitate collection operation
• Payment instruction processing, coordinate with banks and other stakeholders for timely payment delivery
• Accounting entry of all collections, payments, charges/fees relating to Mobile Financial Services into company ERP system
• Perform Bank Account Reconciliation as per process and submission on due time
• Develop and maintain relationship with banks, coordinate cross functional activities with other units of finance and other related departments, Govt. and non Govt. organizations as required
• Any other task assigned by line manager time to time

BBA/ MBA in Finance or Accounting from any reputed and UGC approved University

Experience Requirements

• 1 to 2 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in relevant field from any reputed Organization preferably from Telecom, Financial Institutions or from Large Corporate
• Required Knowledge & Skills:
• The applicant must have good interpersonal skills
• To be confident, self-motivated, enthusiastic and proactive
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadline
• Must have good command over English in writing & speaking
• Required Competencies:
• Knowledge on Cash Management operations and Treasury functions
• Knowledge on Oracle is preferable
• Expertise on MS Office (especially MS Excel
• Knowledge on accounting policy, IAS/IFRS
