Job Description / Responsibility

• Ensure OAM(Operation Administration Maintenance) of Network Elements
• Manage regular O&M activities
• Supporting project rollouts
• Customer Care complain resolution handling
• Automation of operational work
• Manage technical Vendors
• Provide 24x7 supports of IN/VAS services
• Regular maintenance of IN/VAS servers
• Execute IN/VAS related work orders within timeline
• Provide Daily reports
• Department/ Division/ Job Location: Operations & Maintenance/ IN-VAS Operations/ Dhaka

Educational Requirements

Bachelors in Computer science/ ECE/ CSE/ EEE from any reputed University

Experience Requirements

• 3 to 5 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of experience on IN/VAS Operations and database administration is highly preferred.
• Required Knowledge & Skills:
• Solaris and Linux OS expertise including bash scripting
• Database Administration (Oracle, MySql)
• Basic programming knowledge on PHP/Java/C sharp
• Basic knowledge on data network troubleshooting
• Basic knowledge on GSM
• Required Competencies:
