Job Description / Responsibility
- Ensure prescribed KYC quality check, verify and approve KYC at distributor premises.
- KYC information quality check through random verification, identify fake KYC.
- Final approval of KYC acceptance (bar code scan) for final customer wallet activation.
- KYC compliance reporting.
- Execute compliance related direction, initiatives, resolutions for distribution house and its employees.
- Guide & ensure proper STR reporting &market compliance.
- Report Non-Compliance Activities to Area Compliance Manager.
- Distribution House logistics, POSM & other resource management
- Daily Reporting & Business Monitoring including (Distribution house KPI etc.)

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor degree with modest academic result
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Additional Job Requirements
- Knowledge on basic mobile financial services and compliance will be an edge.
- Willing to work anywhere in the country.
- Dedicated, proactive, self-motivated and team player
- Good command written and verbal communication in Bangla and English.
- Willing to take challenges and responsive in due time.
- Hands-on skill of Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, PPT).
