Job Description / Responsibility

• Purpose of this position is ensure and enhance compliance policy and processes in commercial value chain, also to track and analyse compliance status, plan, rollout and follow-up project or non-project based new initiatives.
• Execute process audits or distributor/ agent audits as per periodic plan against set standards, prepare comprehensive reports recommend plans to enhance compliance level.
• Compliance analysis & tracking
• Compliance enhancement plans & programs
• Compliance related new initiatives/projects planning and execution
• Market audit measurement and recommendation against standards

Bachelor degree (BBS, BSC, BBA, Computer science)

Experience Requirements

• At least 4 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Commercial
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Banks, Telecommunication

Additional Job Requirements

• 4-5 years experience preferably in KYC compliance, regulatory compliance, process improvement, risk management, project management
• Experience in conducting audit or handling auditors will be treated as an added advantage.
• High degree of personal initiative and achievement motivation, setting personal standards of excellence.
• Excellent in data analysis and report writing.
• Positive mindset and result oriented.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent in interpersonal relationship and convincing power.
• Self-initiated and fast learner.
• Strong leadership qualities and ability to coach others at various levels of the organization.
• Ability to maintain attention and complete assignments in time despite frequent stressful, emergency critical or unusual interruption.
• Advance skills in excel, Access, Power point
• Database (SQL, Oracle)
