Banglalink Job - Fraud Management Senior Assistant Manager

Job Description / Responsibility
  • Functional activity in terms of project management, system operation, data analysis & on time management reporting
  • Strategic planning for Fraud Management controls and methodologies
  • Lead team to analyse, planning and development of Fraud Management System in-house
  • Plan and manage FM system/application to adopt any changes in services & network elements aligned with Banglalink�s BP to ensure no fraud risk in the network and identify future business requirement
  • Impact analysis. Analyse the gap of the FM controls, identify risk area, quantify the leakage amount and analyse yearly/quarterly impact
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for quicker resolution of problems and issues related to revenue Leakage
  • Department/ Division/ Job Location: Finance/ Revenue Assurance/ Dhaka

    Graduation in Computer Science from reputed UGC approved university
Experience Requirements
  • At least 4 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
  • Minimum 4years of experience (2 years Telco Fraud Management domain & 2 years Software development)
  • Required Knowledge & Skills:
  • Knowledge on FM scope & system tool
  • Vast Programming skill
  • Basic knowledge on Unix or Linux shell script
  • Database Management skill (Oracle)
  • Planning mind with interest to learn continuously and drive for status quo
  • Leadership, conflict & people management and Problem solving ability
  • Out-of-the-box ideas and solutions; associated with creativity
  • Possess analytical skill, research methodology know how and statistical knowledge
