Job Description / Responsibility
- Provide leadership of the team, supervise and motivate the team.
- Formulating and implementing effective strategic plans to enhance operations and meet organizational objectives and meet top line profitability.
- Preparing production budgets including overhead budget, maintenance budget and capital budget to enhance operations in coordination with the macro plans of organization.
- Implementing stringent systems to enhance quality of products & ensuring compliance with statutory quality, environment, health & safety standards.
- Monitoring all team members.
